You will provide general guidance & oversight on revenue transactions and further advance scalable revenue accounting processes & systems in a fast-growing technology company.

• Lead a team that ensures compliance with accounting standards and delivers valuable insights to management.
• Provide general guidance and oversight on revenue transactions and advance scalable revenue accounting processes and systems.
• Oversee end-close processes for revenue and related metrics, ensuring timely and accurate revenue recognition in SAP ERP systems, account reconciliations, and reporting.
• Be responsible for financial reporting and disclosures related to revenue, working closely with external auditors to manage an efficient and effective audit process.
• Provide actionable insights to support key business initiatives by analyzing revenue trends and other financial metrics.
• Drive continuous process improvement and lead ongoing automation and digitalization initiatives to increase scalability and efficiency in a highly complex system and reporting landscape.

• Minimum of 15 years of progressive work experience in a similar role, preferably a mix of software companies and public accounting.
• Experience with scale system transformations (e.g., SAP S/4
  
  HANA).
• Experience in growth or acquisitive software environments, navigating evolving offerings, diverse systems, and global complexity.
• Excellent interpersonal acumen and executive presence, including written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to explain complex accounting topics and financial implications to senior leadership.
• Ability to cause issues and develop systemic solutions.
