This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Tax Manager, based in Rochester, NY. The role involves overseeing and managing tax planning, preparation, compliance, and advising clients on tax strategies in alignment with current tax laws. The individual will lead tax engagements, support clients with financial reporting, and supervise team members to ensure quality and timeliness. Some work-from-home flexibility is offered for this position.

• Proficiency in Tax Planning, Tax Compliance, and Tax Preparation
• Strong knowledge of Tax Law and related regulations
• Experience managing tax engagements, mentoring team members, and staying updated on regulatory changes
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proven ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage client relationships effectively
• CPA certification required; advanced degree in Taxation or Accounting is a plus
• Experience working in public accounting or professional services preferred
• Proficiency with tax software and technology tools is an asset
