Location: Rosemont, IL (Hybrid – at least 2 days in office)
Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 + Bonus

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Rosemont team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing accounting, with the ability to handle complex financial processes while collaborating with multiple stakeholders. This Senior Accountant role offers a hybrid schedule and exposure to high-level accounting activities, including multi-entity operations and periodic acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• The Senior Accountant will compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts.

• The Senior Accountant will manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.

• Prepare reports to substantiate individual transactions prior to the monthly close process.

• Assist with vendor setup and maintain accurate records.

• Support financial audits and provide insights to improve accounting processes.

Qualifications:

• BS in Accounting or Finance required.

• Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience in manufacturing or a related industry.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
