** What You’ll Do
** As a Staff Accountant, you will support the day-to-day accounting operations and help ensure the accuracy of financial records. You’ll work closely with senior accountants and management while gaining hands-on experience across multiple accounting functions.

Key responsibilities include:

* Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with company policies and GAAP
* Prepare and post journal entries and support month-end and year-end close activities
* Reconcile subsidiary ledgers and balance sheet accounts, researching and resolving variances
* Assist with financial statements, management reports, and payroll-related journal entries
* Support cost tracking, forecasting activities, and fixed asset accounting, including depreciation
* Assist with daily cash application and basic treasury reporting
* Provide documentation and support for internal and external audits
* Participate in special projects, ad hoc reporting, and process improvement initiatives
** What You’ll Need
*** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
* 1–2 years of accounting or finance experience (internships included)  + Preferred: 1 year of public accounting or 2 years of industry experience
* Basic understanding of GAAP and financial statements
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft Office tools
* Exposure to ERP systems preferred (QAD is a plus, not required)
* Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills
* Analytical mindset with clear, professional communication skills
