Accounting Manager
Salary: $100,000-$120,000

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and reports to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering professional growth and development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Manufacturing experience required.
