Staff Accountant; Temp in Multi-Media Entertainment

Our client is a Global Entertainment Firm that has been in high-growth for last 5+yrs with a very young environment and culture.

The team is looking for a Staff Accountant, that would start Temporary and potentially be hired permanently that will be assisting the team with full cycle accounting along side many different internal teams. They are very flexible working within a hybrid work from home, seeking someone at 3 days in office.

• Actively participates in month-end close processes, booking journal entries and providing appropriate detail level review and analysis
• Aids A/P and A/R Staff with invoicing, collections and reconciliations
• Maintain and prepares monthly spreadsheet schedules used for Financial Statement compilation
• Aids A/P Staff with weekly/semi-weekly payment runs
• Assists with year-end financial and other audits as required
• Ensures accurate and timely reporting of financial results, and undertakes other special projects as requested

• Bachelor’s Degree is a Must; preferably Accounting
• 2+years high volume Accounting Transactions
