• Manage the preparation and maintenance of financial statements
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial data
• Collaborate with legal teams to provide financial insights
• Prepare tax returns and ensure timely filing
• Monitor cash flow and perform reconciliations
• Assist in financial planning and analysis tasks

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a law firm environment
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Sage)
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
