Senior Accountant

Location: Brownsburg, Indiana (Hybrid – Must Reside in the United States)

FLSA Status: Salary / Exempt ($70K-80K))

Reports to: Director of Finance

• This is a Hybrid role, supporting Manufacturing Facilities in Brownsburg, Indiana with a home office in Anaheim, California.

Job Overview:

Fiber Global is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to support and strengthen financial operations during a high-growth and expanding phase. The Senior Accountant will oversee core accounting functions, ensure accurate financial reporting, manage AP/AR processes, perform reconciliations, assist with budgeting, and maintain compliance with GAAP and internal controls.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Process and oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Prepare and issue invoices, track customer receivables, and oversee vendor payments.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close activities.
• Support payroll processing and track employee reimbursements/expenses.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and adherence to internal accounting policies and financial controls.
• Prepare tax documentation, audit support, and compliance reporting.
• Maintain vendor and customer records.
• Collaborate with teams on budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Proficiency with accounting systems and strong MS Excel skills.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• High attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
• Strong understanding of accrual and cash-based accounting.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hybrid role; requires extended computer use.
