- 3+ years experience in corporate tax or public accounting with corporate clients
- CPA or CPA candidate
- Masters in Accounting preferred
- Prepare federal, state and local income tax returns
- Research, communicate, and implement new tax laws and the impact on the company
- Prepare tax provision
- Assist in the internal and external audit processes
- Assist in special projects as needed
