Financial Accounting Team Lead

Seeking an efficient, detail oriented, self-motivated Financial Accounting Team Lead in Nashville, TN to lead a team and manage accounting projects for healthcare practices.

• Lead, Train & Manage a team of professionals responsible for:
  • Preparation of Financial Statements
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • General Ledger Maintenance
  • Quick Books imports
  • Accounting
  • Bookkeeping
• Management of projects and workflow for team
• Review of Financial statements

• Position on site and based in Nashville, TN
• Must currently reside in the Middle Tennessee area or be able to reliably commute
• U.S. work authorization required
• No visa sponsorship or relocation assistance available
• Hybrid work-from-home eligibility available after 90 days (No full remote)

• At least 3 years bookkeeping and accounting experience.
• At least 3 years financials and tax experience.
• Accountable for budgets and deadlines.
• Protocol and procedure compliance.
• Attitude of excellence, commitment to team & drive to exceed expectations.
• CPA/EA preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Public accounting experience preferred.
• Quick Books Pro Advisor preferred.
• Thompson Reuters CS experience preferred.
