Job Title: Senior Internal Auditor
Location: Rolling Meadows, IL (Hybrid – 2 days in office)
Salary: $95,000 – $105,000 + Bonus

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Internal Auditor to join our corporate audit team. The Senior Internal Auditor will primarily focus on operational auditing; assessing risks in payroll, recruiting, purchasing, and quality assurance, while also supporting financial audits. As a Senior Internal Auditor, you will execute audit programs, draft reports, and recommend improvements. This hybrid role allows the Senior Internal Auditor to work from home three days per week and collaborate in-office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
The Senior Internal Auditor will also interact with management to ensure timely remediation and strengthen controls.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct operational, compliance, and financial audits.
Assess risks, design audit programs, and perform fieldwork.
Draft reports, identify control issues, and recommend improvements.
Follow up with management on remediation plans.
Support continuous improvement and quality control initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
3+ years public accounting, internal audit, or related experience.
Knowledge of COSO, internal audit standards, and risk assessment.
CPA or CIA preferred; supervisory experience a plus.
