Overview of the Senior Property Accountant:

• Handle various account and cash reconciliations including daily, weekly and monthly reporting for a few properties
• Month end close, approve AP and prepare sale and occupancy tax reports
• Perform daily PMS verifications, oversee tracking of ACH check postings, post journal entries
• Manage income audit revenue for projects
• Assist hotel properties with collection efforts

Preferred Qualifications for Senior Property Accountant:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• 3+ years of experience
• CPA is preferred
• Needs to have experience in either:
  Real estate, multi use
• Experience with draws
• Highly proficient in Excel and strong attention to detail
