Position type: Permanent Full-Time

Hours: 37.5

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 16:30

Pay range: £26,000

Breaks: 30 minutes unpaid

• Ensure all supplier invoice documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company policy, prior to payment, including purchase orders, delivery notes, bank details, and company addresses.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of supplier statements and unapplied payments.
• Ensure suppliers queries are answered in a timely and accurate manner in line with company procedure.
• Act as the first point of contact for supplier payment queries.
• Process expenses accurately using the company expenses system.

• Proven experience in Purchase Ledger and/or Accounts roles
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage own workload and meet deadlines
• Strong numerical ability with excellent attention to detail
• Professional approach to confidentiality and sensitive information
• Great communication skills with strong written and verbal skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

When you join Zertus, you will be based at one of our Humdinger, Kinnerton, Bromborough or Lir Chocolates UK/ Ireland locations, unless your role is hybrid/home-based.

Our manufacturing Locations:
Heckington, Sherburn-in-Elmet, Fakenham, Bromborough, Navan (Ireland). We have a hot-desking office space in Hull (East Yorkshire) and also in Camden, London.
