Position: Senior Corporate Accountant, Hybrid (110K-115K+Bonus)

LHH is seeking a Senior Corporate Accountant on behalf of a long-standing, U.S.

-based organization who is a leader in the production and distribution of essential building materials nationwide. This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional with strong consolidation experience, deep knowledge of US GAAP, and the ability to operate in a dynamic, multi-entity environment. The ideal candidate brings technical accounting strength, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams.

This position pays 110K-115K and offers work from home on Fridays.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage the general ledger for multiple corporate entities within Oracle Fusion
  • Prepare consolidations for approximately ten domestic subsidiary companies
  • Produce monthly consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
  • Prepare quarterly and year-end internal reporting and support the development of SEC reporting packages
  • Review journal entries and account reconciliations for key corporate accounts
  • Track intercompany transactions and ensure proper eliminations in monthly financial statements
  • Serve as a backup resource for treasury-related activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and strengthen internal controls
  • Assist with year-end audits, quarterly reviews, and other required audits in coordination with external auditors
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred
  • Minimum of five years of accounting management or supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple software platforms and reporting systems
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Capable of adapting to shifting priorities and business needs
  • Excellent communication skills for interaction with management, colleagues, and external auditors.
