POSITIONProvide solutions-oriented bookkeeping services to multiple clients at our corporate office, onsite at client locations, or in the cloud. This position works directly with clients and serves as an internal team manager. This is not a fully remote position. You must be committed to commuting to our office in Santa Barbara on a periodic basis.
OVERVIEW- Management skills, preferred – proven ability to successfully manage team
- Degree in Accounting, preferred
- Thorough understanding of and experience with accounting concepts and operations, such as: cash flow, trial balance, balance sheet, debits and credits, net income, equity, assets, liabilities, journal entries
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a successful full-charge Quick Books bookkeeper, skilled at working with multiple clients and various business entity types
- Well versed in Quick Books Online and Quick Books Desktop and understanding of both platforms – prefer QBO certification
- Excellent tech skills – server navigation, cloud experience, skill with MS Office Suite and Excel, knowledge and skill with Quick Books integrating apps
- Developed presentation, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and manage multiple clients simultaneously – skilled at time management, organization, and planning
- Possess analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently as well as oversee, lead, and collaborate with team members
