USAID requires Voucher Examiners to examine commercial invoices and IPAC transactions to ensure legality, accuracy, and compliance during closeout.
Position SummarySupport cradle-to-grave acquisition actions including terminations, cost/price evaluations, and contract closeout. Process and examine vouchers for federal payments.
Key Responsibilities- Review invoices and IPAC claims.
- Validate compliance with award terms.
- Apply Prompt Payment Act requirements.
- Assist with vendor reconciliations.
- Bachelor’s in Business, Accounting or related field.
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Auditing + 3 years experience OR 8 years equivalent experience.
- Ability to work independently without performing inherently governmental functions.
