A pioneering healthcare company in Connecticut is seeking a Senior Director of Accounting and Financial Reporting. You will lead all accounting and financial reporting functions, ensuring compliance and accuracy. This role requires a CPA and 10–15 years of experience in accounting, deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, and a proven track record in financial reporting. The selected candidate will mentor staff and drive continuous improvement in operations within a data-driven healthcare environment.

Competitive compensation between $170,000 and $178,000 annually based on experience.
