** to join our DCX team and support a U.S.

-based client. In this role, you will oversee invoice processing, payments, reconciliations, and collections while working closely with the client’s Accounting Coordinator based in North Carolina. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, adaptable to new software and online portals, and comfortable managing multiple accounting functions.
** REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES**

Solid understanding of accounting regulations, procedures, and best practices across both AP and AR functions.

* Experience:

** 1-3 years of General Accounting experience or equivalent.
** Language Proficiency:
** Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.

- ** Technical Skills**:  
* Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, databases, and accounting software.  
* Strong working knowledge of using Excel, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.  
* Proficiency in using accounting software and tools, such as Quick Books, SAP, or other relevant software.  
* Maintaining high accuracy in financial records and attention to detail in every aspect of the job.  
* Managing and prioritizing multiple tasks to meet payment deadlines.  
* Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) are a plus but not required.
