Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support daily AP operations by processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate, timely payments. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong vendor relationships while upholding confidentiality and accuracy in financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process vendor invoices and manage AP records
  • Perform data entry, reconciliations, and spreadsheet management
  • Respond to vendor and employee inquiries and resolve discrepancies
  • Reconcile statements and assist with monthly accruals and closings
  • Support 1099 preparation and AP process improvements
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of accounts payable experience
  • Proficiency in Net Suite, Microsoft Excel, and Word
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Excellent communication, time management, and teamwork skills
