Accounts Payable Accountant

Please note that this job is HYBRID. You will be required to work in the office in Colorado Springs, CO 3 days per week. You may work from home the rest of the week.

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading technology company to fill their open Accounts Payable Accountant job in Colorado Springs, CO. To qualify, you must have at least 5 years of recent, relevant experience processing full‑cycle AP. You must also have previous experience with Net Suite software.

This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $23.80 and $27.50 per hour. You will also be eligible for this company’s benefits package (details below).

• Processing high volume, full-cycle accounts payable
• Providing excellent customer service to vendors
• Researching and resolving payment discrepancies
• Reviewing employee expense reports
• Managing company credit cards
  
  Filing 1099s annually
• Reconciling accounts
• Preparing journal entries
• Assisting with audit preparations
• All other related tasks as required

• At least 5 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
• Associate’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience with Net Suite software REQUIRED
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel: VLOOKUP, pivot tables, SUMIF, etc.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills

• Hourly rate between $23.80 and $27.50
• 100% employer-paid premiums for medical, dental, and vision for the employee
