Design, implement & lead continuous monthly processes to determine internal staff costs for capitalisation including defining capitalisable projects and validating time records in collaboration with Project Managers and Engagement Managers across both Published Content & Software/Technology.

Process & Control Environment

Working with the Management Accountant, be involved in the monthly Group balance sheet reconciliation process, delivering high‑quality reconciliations and robust supporting evidence each month, including over judgemental areas of the balance sheet (eg. Capitalised staff costs).

Maintain and enhance process and control documentation, contributing to the creation and ongoing development of the Group Finance Manual.

Required Experience & Qualifications

Ideal for a first or second time mover from practice, or an industry mover with significant year‑end audit & accounts preparation experience, proficient in IFRS reporting
