• Perform various general ledger month‑end close activities
• Prepare journal entries and related account reconciliations
• Develop relationships and work effectively with cross‑functional teams
• Demonstrate ownership of assigned accounts, including complex financial areas
• Identify process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the close process

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting
• Minimum of 2 years relevant accounting experience
• Ability to manage a high volume of transactions in a fast‑paced environment
• Knowledge of operational accounting processes, including accruals and reconciliations
• Intermediate Excel skills

• CPA (or equivalent) or interest in obtaining CPA (or equivalent)
• Experience with strict deadlines and compliance with company policies
• Familiarity with Net Suite accounting software
• Strong organization skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to think critically and implement scalable processes
