We are hiring a

full-time Bookkeeper

for a fast-growing accounting, tax, and business consulting firm serving clients in

Canada and India . This is a

hybrid role

based in

Noida, Uttar Pradesh , with a mix of in-office and remote work.

Working Hours:

7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time), Monday to Friday
During peak periods, working hours may extend up to 5:00 PM EST as required.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records by compiling and analyzing financial data
Reconcile financial records to ensure accuracy of financial statements
Prepare tax returns for businesses and individuals in

India and Canada
Post financial transactions and prepare financial statements
Analyze financial trends to support future business needs
Prepare and reconcile

withholding tax

and

GST

workings

Preferred Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and accounting systems
Basic knowledge of

Indian direct and indirect taxes , including compliance
Proficient in

Microsoft Office , especially advanced

Excel
Working knowledge of

Zoho Books

or similar accounting software; experience with tax preparation tools is a plus
Excellent written and spoken

English communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Comfortable working in the

Eastern Time Zone
