• Assist with the preparation of quarterly and annual income tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740
• Prepare, file, and submit payments for income tax filings in a timely manner
• Collaborate on federal and state extensions and the preparation of corporate income tax returns using tax software
• Maintain the tax calendar for company filing obligations and manage correspondence from taxing authorities
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve tax workflow efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• 1–2 years of accounting experience preferred, but strong foundational knowledge and willingness to learn are welcomed
• Proficiency in tax reporting software and general ledger accounting preferred
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Ability to communicate effectively and educate across various company functions

• CPA or CPA candidate status is a plus
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting software
• Ability to adapt quickly to new software and work in a fast‑paced environment
• Willingness to travel at least 1–2 times each year
