Field Billing Coordinator-ES- Fully Remote- East Coast

• Prepare monthly billing adjustments and enter them into the billing system following standard operating procedures
• Research and resolve billing questions and discrepancies, determining appropriate adjustment codes
• Review invoices for completeness and accuracy, following up with customers to resolve discrepancies
• Post payments into the billing system and process credit card payments from customers
• Act as a resource for less experienced personnel, providing training and support as needed

• Minimum of 18 months of directly related billing experience in a service-based industry
• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Intermediate MS Excel skills
• Strong ability to follow standard operating procedures and complete tasks accurately
• Good math aptitude and the ability to work accurately with numbers

• Experience interacting with customers in a billing function
• Demonstrated initiative in researching and following up on non-standard situations
• Ability to effectively communicate with division managers and customers in a professional manner
