Senior Manager, Technical Accounting; Remote

• Review contracts and agreements, providing recommendations on accounting requirements for complex transactions
• Prepare technical accounting memorandums and support the review process with management and external auditors
• Assist with the implementation of new accounting standards and maintain accounting policies
• Serve as a key point of contact for accounting-related inquiries and issues
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors, departments, and business units across the organization

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with a minimum of 10+ years of applicable work experience; or an advanced degree with 7+ years of applicable experience
• Thorough knowledge of US GAAP and SEC regulations with practical accounting experience
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and tight deadlines

• CPA certification
• Prior experience with Big 4 firms or public companies
• Knowledge of SAP ledgers and related business processes
• Experience in the aerospace and defense industry
• Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS)
