Position: Accounting Technician – 2 to 3-month Contract

Tasks

  • Verify data transfers between point-of-sale systems and the accounting system.
  • Monitor bank deposits and ensure proper cashing.
  • Validate weekly transactions recorded by the centers (, arcade and subscription revenues).
  • Participate in month-end activities: journal entries and account reconciliations (cash, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, loans, etc.).
  • Prepare weekly and monthly Excel reports.
  • Follow up on accounts receivable.
  • Process invoices.
  • Perform any other related tasks to support the accounting team.

    • Job requirements

  • DEC in Accounting.
  • 3 years of experience as an accounting technician.
  • Proficiency in Excel (account analysis).
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

  • Language:
    French (spoken and written).
