Bedard Resources is seeking an accounting technician for one of its clients, a company specialized in regional and sector-specific tourism. Located on the North Shore, this experienced technician will support the management controller in their daily tasks. Do you have strong accounting experience and are numbers your thing? • Verify data transfers between point-of-sale systems and the accounting system.
• Monitor bank deposits and ensure proper cashing.
• Validate weekly transactions recorded by the centers (e.g., arcade and subscription revenues).
• Participate in month-end activities: journal entries and account reconciliations (cash, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, loans, etc.).
• Prepare weekly and monthly Excel reports.
• Follow up on accounts receivable.
• Process invoices.
• Perform any other related tasks to support the accounting team.

• Quick entry into the position.
• 2 days of remote work per week (after training).
• Friendly work environment.

• DEC in Accounting.
• 3 years of experience as an accounting technician.
• Proficiency in Excel (account analysis).
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
