We are seeking a motivated Audit & Assurance Manager to join our specialized Tech Team, supporting high-growth companies in the technology sector and entities with complex reporting requirements under ASPE, IFRS and US GAAP - including startups, scale-ups, venture/PE-backed businesses and small cap Canadian public companies.

You’ll take on key responsibilities in assurance, accounting, tax, and advisory services, collaborating closely with senior managers and partners.

• Manage the accounting, assurance and tax service needs of a portfolio of private and public clients
• Manage the engagement process from initial scheduling and planning through to client review and financial statement sign off.
• Meet with clients regarding financial statements, other business matters and engagement issues.
• Support personal and corporate tax filings
• Discuss proposed time budgets with partners and assign engagement budgets to staff.
• Identify new business opportunities with new and existing clients.
• Manage and mentor a team of accountants.
• Ensure reporting deadlines are monitored and reported against on a regular basis.
• Work directly with high-growth tech clients, providing strategic insights and scalable financial solutions

• University degree with a specialization in Accounting.
• CPA, CA, or equivalent designation (completed or near completion).
• Minimum 4 years of public accounting experience.
• Exposure to technology clients.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and assurance principles.
• Experience with assurance, accounting and tax software (e.g., Case Ware, Taxprep, Quick Books).
• Proven ability to manage deadlines and deliver high-quality client service.
