Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Senior Accountant, located in Gurugram. The Senior Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, prepare financial statements and budgets, perform tax compliance and reporting, and oversee periodic audits. The role also involves monitoring financial transactions, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, facilitating internal control processes, and providing strategic financial recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax compliance
Expertise in using accounting software and financial management tools
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills
Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of financial processes
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CA, or equivalent certification preferred)
Prior experience in a senior accounting or similar role; experience in corporate or consulting environments is advantageous
