Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Accountant at Aspirence, based in Lucknow, with opportunities to work from home. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing balance sheets, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations. Additional responsibilities include processing invoices, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and supporting tax preparation activities. The role may also involve assisting with audit processes and implementing process improvements for financial efficiency.

Qualifications
Proficiency in financial accounting, bookkeeping, and account reconciliation
Experience in preparing budgets, financial reports, and managing tax records
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Experience with financial regulations and compliance
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Certification such as CPA or equivalent would be an additional advantage
