Position: UK SR. Bookkeeper
We are seeking an experienced  UK SR. Bookkeeper  with a proven track record in  UK bookkeeping . This is a permanent remote position with UK shift timings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of bookkeeping for our UK clients, including VAT returns, financial reporting, and payroll coordination.

Roles and Responsibilities    Manage the accuracy and timely processing of quarterly  VAT Returns  for UK client companies.
Create and maintain records of total sales, VAT collected, total purchases, and VAT paid.
Record and maintain all records of Sales, Purchases, and Expenses and input them into their respective accounting heads.
Record and maintain Sales, Payrolls, and Revenues of business clients.
Prepare VAT reports on a quarterly basis and communicate with clients to ensure timely filing.
Record and review bills and invoices to track VAT collected and VAT paid.
Maintain general ledger accounts by creating journal entries, reconciling accounts, and preparing monthly accruals.
Adhere to financial procedures and finalize accounts according to statutory requirements.
Prepare invoices and raise bills on a monthly basis.
Facilitate payroll coordination, month-end close works, and financial reporting.
Review the day-to-day processing of  Accounts Payable & Receivable  transactions to ensure they are accurate and up-to-date.
Skills Required    Must have experience in  UK bookkeeping .
A strong understanding of  UK accounting practices .
Experience in preparing and processing  quarterly VAT Returns .
The ability to maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, expenses, and payroll.
Proficiency in handling general ledger accounts, journal entries, and reconciliations.
Strong communication skills for client correspondence and resolving queries.
The ability to work remotely during UK shift timings.
