Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Bookkeeper located in Vienna, VA, with some work from home flexibility. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for client relationships, managing financial records, performing bookkeeping tasks, including accounts receivable and payable functions utilizing XERO, QBO, QB desktop and other accounting software, preparing journal entries, and generating financial statements. Additionally, the Bookkeeper will handle day‑to‑day financial transactions and assist in maintaining accurate financial data.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in keeping accurate records and financial statements
• Experience with all listed accounting software and third‑party software like DEXT and ADP/Gusto, etc. a plus.
• Skilled in preparing journal entries (accounting)
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in a similar role is an advantage
