Richardson, TX-based company is seeking a remote AP Specialist. The role involves receiving vendor invoices, posting them in the accounting system, submitting invoices to the approval workflow, processing payments, and other related tasks.

• Receive vendor invoices from branches and post them in the accounting system.
• Submit invoices to the approval workflow.
• Process payments for approved invoices.
• Complete other tasks as required.

• Licensed OS.

• 5 Mbps or higher internet (hardwired, not Wi‑Fi). If you don’t have 5 Mbps, you must agree to it if selected.
• Private and quiet dedicated home office area.
• Modern computer and operating system.
• Back‑ups in case of power or telco interruptions.
• Good headset and webcam (preferably noise‑canceling headset).

Monday to Friday.

8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Central Standard Time.
10:30 PM to 7:00 AM Manila Time.
