1) - Real Estate Partnerships
Location: Remote + Must live within 45 mins of Fort Lauderdale, FL
Salary: $200,000 - $250,000

About the OpportunityWe're partnering with a high-performance CPA firm in South Florida seeking a Tax Manager to join their Real Estate Tax division
. This is a remote-first opportunity with optional access to their award-winning office (SFBJ Finalist for "Coolest Offices").
You’ll work with complex real estate clients - office buildings, malls, apartment rentals - preparing partnership tax returns and navigating special allocations between partners.
Requirements- CPA (or all parts passed)
- 1+ year as Tax Manager or Senior Tax Associate
- Big 4 or Top 100 CPA firm experience (mandatory)
- GPA 3.4+ from a top university (UF, FSU, UM, etc.)
- 3+ years working primarily on real estate partnerships
- Up to 6-10 weeks of PTO (plus optional compressed work weeks)
- Only 1,550 billable hours/year - one of the lowest in the industry
- No Fridays if work is completed
- Fully remote + Access to premium Las Olas office
