Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and detail-driven Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and day-to-day accounting tasks. This role is crucial for maintaining accuracy in our financial records and supporting informed strategic financial decisions.
Responsibilities- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
- Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with external accountants or auditors when needed
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping practices and principles
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Xero, Wave)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and time management
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Experience in e-commerce or the digital media industry
- Familiarity with international payments and currencies
- Basic understanding of tax reporting and payroll processes
- Monthly salary: $1,500 – $2,000
