Working days: working 5.5 days Monday to Friday, Saturday – Off day, Sunday half day work, can work from home too. Only if important work then need to come on Sunday.
Max Salary and Benefits:
- S $ 4,200 pm (This is maximum of the range, depending on candidate profile and experience)
- 1-month AWS (½ in July and ½ in Dec for confirmed staff)
- Variable Bonus discretionary (average 1 month in the past 3 years)
- Probation period – 6 months
- Telecommunication Allowance - S $70 per month
- Dental Reimbursement - S $200 per calendar year or prorated, upon confirmation

Job Description About the OrganisationOur clients are a values-driven, non-profit organisation operating within a church setting. The Finance team plays critical roles in ensuring sound financial stewardship, compliance, and operational excellence.
Role OverviewThe Accounting Associates will support the Finance team of church, in managing day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance activities. The role requires strong accounting fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a structured, non-profit environment.
Key Responsibilities- Handle full set of accounts and prepare monthly financial reports
- Perform analytical reviews and variance analysis
- Assist in audits, budgeting, and reforecast exercises
- Prepare financial reports for submission to relevant government agencies
- Process vendor invoices, payments, and staff or volunteer claims
- Maintain and administer fixed asset records
- Support continuous improvement of accounting systems and workflows
- Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned
- Advanced Diploma in Accountancy or currently pursuing a professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong accounting knowledge with interest in systems and process improvements
- Proficiency in accounting software; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Jet Reporting is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fast learner, meticulous, well-organised, and able to work with speed and accuracy
- Initial interviews may be conducted virtually
- In case candidate travelling, church has requested that final-round interviews will be conducted in person in Singapore only, as they want the person to be familiar of work environment and culture in organisation Eg. If person coming from Malaysia, they can reimburse bus trip to and fro for same, for final interview.
