Management Accountant

CMA Recruitment Group is partnering with an exciting brand based in Salisbury, Wiltshire, who are looking to hire a Management Accountant on a permanent basis. Working closely with the Financial Controller, who will act as a strong mentor figure for the successful candidate, this is an opportunity to take on a role that offer scope to progress over time.

What will the Management Accountant role involve?

• Support with the preparation of monthly management accounts;
• Assist with year-end reporting;
• Transactional accounting tasks when required;
• Cashflow forecasting and other budgeting exercises;
• Reconciliation of all control accounts in addition to group intercompany conciliations;
• Partner with commercial and operations teams to ensure financial information is communicated effectively;
• Additional ad hoc project work.

Suitable Candidate for the Management Accountant vacancy:

• The ideally candidate will be working towards their CIMA / ACCA studies;
• Some experience preparing trial balance, P&L and balance sheet is required;
• Manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential.
