🚀Join a specialist outsourced payroll bureau delivering high-quality, high-volume payrolls to accountants and clients across the UK. This role is for a payroll professional who thrives on autonomy, accountability, and excellence.

📌 Key Responsibilities

* Take ownership of multiple client payrolls from start to finish

* Process high-volume payrolls (10–40 employees per payroll) accurately and on time

* Manage starters, leavers, changes, and Auto Enrolment pensions

* Prepare and submit RTI filings

* Communicate proactively with clients and accountants

* Spot anomalies, resolve issues, and maintain quality control

* Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation and bureau standards

👤 Ideal Candidate Profile

* Expert-level Bright Pay experience (daily, hands-on use)

* Previous experience in a payroll bureau or accountancy practice payroll team

* Proven ability to work at pace while maintaining accuracy

* Confident managing the full payroll cycle end-to-end

* High attention to detail and self-checking of work

* Autonomous, accountable, and proactive in resolving payroll issues

* Takes full ownership of tasks from instruction to delivery
