* Process client payrolls accurately and on time

* Manage your own portfolio of payrolls, ensuring error-free delivery

* Communicate proactively and clearly with clients and partners

* Administer pensions and auto-enrolment correctly

* Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies independently

* Maintain compliance with UK payroll legislation and best practice

👤 Ideal Candidate Profile

* 3+ years UK payroll experience in an accountancy practice or payroll bureau

* Proven experience managing client payrolls independently

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

* Expert knowledge of pensions and auto-enrolment

* Clear and professional communicator

* Bright Pay experience is essential.

* Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work autonomously
