Your New Role

Hungry for your next administrative role in the food service industry? Look no further than our client’s Operations and Accounting Assistant!

As Operations and Accounting Assistant, you’ll need to have a strict eye for detail as you organize and maintain digital and physical records, assist with document preparation, and manage emails and basic correspondence. You’ll also support scheduling and general office organization, assist leadership with ad‑hoc requests and special projects, and help with operational tasks or problem‑solving as new needs arise.

On top of your administrative duties, you’ll be tasked with general bookkeeping and financial projects. Your organized mind will be crucial here, as you maintain accurate financial records, record and categorize transactions, and reconcile bank and credit card accounts. You’ll also track invoices and vendor payments, help prepare monthly financial reports, and coordinate with external accountants and bookkeepers as needed.

Success in this role requires someone adaptable and resourceful, discreet and trustworthy, and comfortable in a fast‑moving environment.

This is a hybrid role where you can enjoy the flexibility of working from home most of the work week.
