Purchase Ledger Clerk at Eurocell plc.

Hours: 08:30 - 17:00 Monday – Friday – 6 Month Fixed Term Contract
Salary: £23,809 - £26,122 (dependent on experience), plus benefits
Base: Site Based / Hybrid – Eurocell Head Office, South Normanton

Due to continued growth, we are recruiting an additional Purchase Ledger Clerk to support our daily Ledger function, based at our Clover Nook Site, Somercotes, Alfreton. Once trained, this will become a hybrid role split between working from home and the Clover Nook Site.

Responsibilities
  • Process daily Purchase Ledger documents.
  • Co‑ordinate the authorisation of invoices and the progression of related queries.
  • Conduct statement reconciliations.
  • Submit monthly accruals to ensure costs are captured in the correct month.
  • Provide assistance to the overall finance function when necessary.
  • Manage inter‑company customer accounts.
  • Send remittances and manage volume payments.
Qualifications
  • Recent and relevant Purchase Ledger experience.
  • Strong Excel skills (essential).
  • Experience with SAP is an advantage, but not essential (training will be provided).
  • Strong numerical skills and a high degree of data accuracy.
