Senior Tax Accountant

Workforce Solutions partners directly with leading small to mid‑sized CPA firms across the United States to connect them with top talent in the public accounting industry. We are currently working with a rapidly growing CPA firm in Florida looking for Tax Seniors and Tax Managers to join their team in onsite roles at their Boca Raton and Miami offices. If you do not live nearby, a generous relocation package is available.

The Tax Senior and Tax Manager will be a key member of the business tax team, managing client relationships while ensuring the timely production and delivery of final annual tax products and monthly financial work.

• Prepare payroll, tax, and business records and reports.
• Prepare corporate and individual tax returns.
• Build and strengthen client relationships and demonstrate a basic knowledge of clients’ businesses.
• Communicate and meet with clients as requested, providing recommendations to assist with financial or tax needs.

• 3+ years in a similar role within a public accounting firm.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred; equivalent work experience acceptable.
• CPA certification highly desired or ability to attain it.

Typical work hours are 40 hours per week outside the busy tax season (January–May) when the schedule can average 50 hours per week.
