A well‑established, highly regarded accountancy practice based in Exeter is looking for an Audit and Accounts Manager to lead audit service delivery and associated business services. You will manage a wide‑ranging portfolio across diverse sectors and turnovers, and lead a team while coaching junior staff.

• Delivery of audit and accountancy services for a portfolio of clients
• Managing teams and individuals, ensuring quality and timely completion
• Coaching and supporting junior staff
• Reviewing and finalising audit work, preparing reports
• Maintaining high commitment to quality and service standards
• Participating in firm growth and progression opportunities

• ACA or ACCA qualified
• Demonstrable career background in accountancy practice sector, with audit and/or audit‑accountancy experience
• Experience managing delivery of services to varied clients
• Desire to further career in a growing, highly regarded firm
