Performs accounting functions according to established procedures and as directed by Accounting Management.
** Duties and Responsibilities*
* ** include the following**:
* Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K and other applicable filings.
* Support key components of SEC filings, including earnings releases, investor presentations, and proxy-related disclosures, as well as related tie-outs and supporting schedules.
* Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual GAAP disclosure checklists to support compliance with GAAP requirements.
* Prepare monthly stock-based compensation journal entries and maintain supporting schedules, including tracking of equity awards, related activities and dividends.
* Prepare monthly equity roll forward schedules, including share activity tracking and share reconciliations.
* Assist with monthly earnings per share calculations and related supporting schedules.
* Participate in efficiency improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Maintain and update documentation for key tasks, procedures, and best practices.
* Utilizes financial reporting and accounting systems, including Workiva, People Soft, Blackline, and IBS.
* Perform ad-hoc projects which require a fundamental accounting knowledge.

** Education and/or Experience*
* * Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from accredited four-year college or university in Accounting, Finance or a related filed;
Accounting preferred.
* At least two years of accounting, audit or financial reporting experience. At least one year of public accounting experience preferred.
* CPA or CPA-track preferred

** Physical Demands
