Tax Senior Associate

Overview

Our client, a well-established and growing regional accounting and advisory firm, is seeking Senior Tax Associates to join their dynamic teams in Fairfax, VA, and Baltimore, MD. • Prepare and review corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns.
• Perform tax research and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with team members to identify tax-planning opportunities for clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
• Support junior staff with training and mentorship.

• 3-6 years of public accounting experience.
• CPA certification required.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with CCH Pro Systems or Axcess preferred.
• Industry experience in manufacturing, construction, non-profit, or employee benefit plans is a plus.
