• Review and prepare complex individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns.
• Supervise and mentor tax staff, providing technical guidance and performance feedback.
• Manage multiple engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Collaborate with managers and partners on tax planning and strategic client support.
• Stay informed on evolving tax laws to provide proactive client advice.
• Assist in process improvements, workflow management, and staff training initiatives.
• Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and high‑quality service.

• 4+ years of progressive public accounting experience focused on tax compliance and planning.
• Strong understanding of individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns.
• Prior experience reviewing returns and overseeing staff work.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's in Taxation a plus).
• Active CPA license or in the final stages of completion.
• Ability to balance detailed technical work with emerging leadership responsibilities.
