SEC​/Technical Accounting Manager - Remote

. As a Technical Accounting Manager, you will serve as a financial expert for our client. This will be a hands‑on role reporting into the CFO.

• Ensure that the reporting and activities adhere to GAAP and company policies.
• Research US GAAP guidance and provide technical accounting guidance.
• Actively tracks and analyzes emerging accounting pronouncements for potential impact to the company.
• Develop accounting policies, procedures and controls and implement new accounting standards.
• Leads implementation of new accounting standards.
• Provide technical accounting support and answering technical inquiries interpreting US GAAP.
• Provides timely accounting support to strategic and complex business transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions and equity method investments.
• Drafts and updates accounting policies, procedures, and position (white) papers.
• Works with auditors supporting the company’s accounting conclusions.
• Provide leadership, support, and managerial review to the team.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• CPA or equivalent (e.g., Chartered Accountant)
• At least 3 years of experience in public accounting
• Experience performing technical accounting research
• Experience implementing accounting standards
