Position Overview:

A well-established professional services firm is seeking a Tax Accountant to support a diverse client base of growing businesses and high-net-worth individuals. This position blends traditional tax preparation with exposure to broader financial planning services, offering long-term growth and development in areas like estate, succession, and retirement planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review individual, LLC, S corp, and C corp tax returns
• Communicate with clients and tax authorities to resolve issues
• Provide high-quality tax services and strategic financial advice
• Collaborate with a cloud-based team in a fast-paced environment
• Support client acquisition and business development initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (MBA preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years of tax preparation experience
• Strong technical tax knowledge and research capabilities
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Quick Books, Microsoft Office, and Ultra Tax
• Detail-oriented, self-starter with excellent organizational skills
