We are seeking a construction controller to support our Nashville based construction client during a transition. This is a hands‑on/working accounting leader that will lead the team through month‑end close, intercompany, cash, AR, AP, and reconciliations.
Requirements /Qualifications:
- Construction Accounting experience is required (% of Completion, WIP)
- Adept with project and cost accounting/reporting
- Ability to independently manage all aspects of monthly close, AP, AR, Payroll, Fixed Assets, Tax, WIP, Percent of Completion, and Financial Statement Preparation
- Experience leading a mid‑size ($50M-$100M) organization, preferably experience in Private Equity backed environment
- MUST be readily available
- Able to commit to 3+ months
